Like Gillard, Cheeseman would let the Greens decide what really happens in the next few years

( Last of a series of letters published in the Colac Herald) Voters will be aware that Mr Cheeseman has not sought to challenge any of my long list of locally applied complaints ( 2 weeks ago ) about the way he and his government have been taxing our patience and our pockets with their half baked schemes to get us to do what they think is right by the environment .
Maybe they are moving forward so fast that they haven't time to pick up the pieces. The pieces they will let the Greens pick up anyway when they become the real movers and shakers in the next few years.
Come to think of it The greens have got the best prospects - they will insist on getting their own way but won't ever have to pay.

I am sure no voter would allow a non builder to build their house. Yet Mr Cheeseman and his crew expect us to keep trusting them to build complex credible environmental vehicles when their chosen builders are on the drip feed, and they as managers, are prepared to let the Greens design everything now anyway.

Its now Sunday morning 8:30am 22 August. Who would have thought that even the reps should catch the same disease we knew would affect the Senate. Who would have guessed that all our work on the hustings could be so critical to this country and that little hall on the corner should be the place where some critical votes will be counted .
